The deregulation of the gas and electricity provisioning business has provided a unprecedented opportunity to slash energy costs by 10%-20%, much like the deregulation of telephone services did 25 years ago. The governmental transitioning of monopoly/utility services into a competitive environment enables ABS to analyze your current energy services and pinpoint the lowest prices and most cost-effective solutions.
Our proprietary process consists of gathering twelve month usage data from the incumbent utility and issuing an RFP to all the direct energy providers in your state. This will determine the lowest possible price-point in the marketplace for “fixed” prices and month-to-month “variable” prices (similar to the current utility’s floating price points). All we need to initiate our analysis is a current month’s gas and electricity bills. We will complete our RFP process and submit results within two weeks of receipt of these bills.
Since current price points are at, or near, historic lows, and the national and international financial recovery is underway, it is a very opportune time to look into a fixed 1, 2, or 3 year service agreement because every indication points to rising points. All maintenance and repair of energy delivery will continue to be the responsibility of the mandatory monopoly/utility since they own the infrastructure.
